Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a
return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your
return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days
of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition.
Damaged and defective products will be replaced immediately if in stock. Special orders are non-
cancelable and not-returnable. Return of stock items for reasons other than damage, quality or
defect, may be subject to 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds
will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item.if we make any inconvenience to you,
please understand !
- We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date.If you would like to exchange items to a different style,you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer.
- You must contact us before sending the items back.All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges,you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling.

We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped in 12 hours after receving our

you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through the Website. Once we ship the item
you may return it under the conditions stated above,Shop-timberland.Inc reserves the right to
charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs for any orders cancelled prior to the
shipment of your order.
Tracking the status of your order is easy to do online. Simply login to the My Account page and click on the order number of the order you wish to track. This will take you to the website of the shipping address,Enter in the tracking number of your order, and your tracking information will be displayed.Any question,please contact us here.
