Yesterday they cancelled the ordered and sent me an email saying that they didn't have the boots. Then they said that they would give me free shipping on my next order which does not suffice considering I had 20% off coupon for this order and free shipping.

Great Shoe but the Tongue is a Little Uncomfortable - The
shoe is excellent in many situations. I recently used the shoe
in wet/icy/snowy conditions and not once did I slip. The shoe
has excellent traction and is great, however, the tongue on the
shoe is a little bothersome, after a hard day's work, I noticed
that the shoe leaves a nice large red mark on the top of my
foot. I can easily avoid this by not tightening the strings as
tight, but then I feel that my control with the boots is less.
Nevertheless, this boot is a solid improvement over my last
pair.

Feed back - I purchased a pair of Harley boots through
Zappos about a month ago. I was very pleased, no problems with
boot or delivery. I ordered a pair of Timberlands a few weeks
later and was very, very satisfied with merchandise and
